Windows are an outlet to your emotions and your feelings. Open window brings in freshness and sunlight which acts as energy drivers for the house. When you want to keep the windows closed or open you can still draw the curtains. Detailing on the curtains has taken up as the latest fancy. It acts as a draping garment for the windows. Done up in pleats, in shower thread like manner, in a single cloth drape, folds, frills, with tied up ropes and with or without prints layered up in various textures are prevalent since times manifold but the latest window blinds in hard paper is something niche.

The size of the curtains varies from window to window. It can be long and short broad and narrow. You can also have double curtains and not only on the windows but behind the head of the bed and in the shelf area gives you the feel of window. Even if your house does not have many windows, the doors also acts up like window and you can put curtains on them or on the carved space which the designers create to give an illusionary effect of the window.
